Reto Gygax is predominantly active in the field of private and public law litigation and arbitration as well as in commercial and real estate law. His activities in this area include financing, transactions and negotiations.Reto Gygax also works interdisciplinary at the interface between private and public law, in complex disputes, issues of contract design and contract negotiations and in the evaluation of complex legal issues at the intersection of private and public law, including regulatory aspects as well as selected issues in health law, pension fund regulations and infrastructure projects.
